Wie beantworten Sie in einem Interview die Frage, weshalb Sie offen für eine neue Herausforderung sind? Bitte beschreiben uns kurz den Hintergrund, Ihre Motive.
Wichtig: kurz, bündig, positiv, nachvollziehbar.
Diese Information ist die Ausgangslage die Standortbestimmung.
Diese Aussage werden wir dann in Modul 2 miteinander besprechen und optimieren. Sie wird eine der wichtigsten Antworten in den Interviews sein. Und sie muss sitzen!

This information is the starting point for designing your future.
We will discuss and optimize this message afterwards in module 2. It will be one of the most important answers during your interviews. And it has to be perfect.

Beispiel: (verwenden Sie möglichst allgemein verständliche Begriffe, keine internen Spezialbegriffe)

2. potentielle Position: Technischer Verkäufer
3. potentielle Position: Leiter Product Management

Im Assessment verifizieren wir Ausprägungen Ihrer Persönlichkeit, welche im Berufsleben wichtig sind. Im Anschlussgespräch diskutieren wir, für welche angestrebte Position Ihre Ausprägungen idealer passen.
